Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Engineering team in delivering AMP8 ambitions. Hybrid work up to 3 days in the office, base location Hampton Coal Wharf. You will provide specialist wastewater process engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Based in the UK, you will influence standards, support major infrastructure investment and deliver safe, sustainable solutions. Competitive package and benefits apply.

Qualifications

Significant wastewater process engineering experience.
Chartered Engineer status and membership of a relevant professional institution preferred.
Alternative: HNC with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assess briefs, identify risks and maximise value.
Provide specialist wastewater process engineering input across projects.
Review technical requirements and ensure standards are met.
Provide design sign-off between Asset Management and Capital Delivery.
Deliver technical assurance throughout delivery, commissioning and handover.
Coach and mentor colleagues to support development.
