Stantec's specialist modelling team works with major regulated water companies across the UK & Ireland and is recognized as a leader in the industry.
As part of our multidisciplinary service, we engage in projects from conception to delivery, focusing on innovation and excellence. Our work helps improve water quality, manage urban pollution, and support Stantec’s environmental commitments.
We are developing digital solutions & smart applications, led by industry experts. Due to our growing market presence, we are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Wastewater Network Modellers to join us in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
The role involves planning, programming, and coordinating urban drainage projects, ensuring delivery excellence, technical governance, and best practices. You will also develop and manage junior modellers and support bid preparations.
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team of 175 professionals across the UK and Pune, collaborating with clients and partners on projects throughout the UK & Ireland. This is a great opportunity to work on industry-leading projects within a dynamic team.

ABOUT YOU
You should be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field, and be a member of a relevant industry institution such as ICE or CIWEM. You should have experience leading urban drainage projects, with technical expertise in urban drainage modelling and a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.
Experience in staff management and development, as well as providing technical leadership, is essential. Data science experience is a plus but not required. Most importantly, embody our values of client focus and service excellence.
