Job description

We are on the hunt for a Senior Wastewater Network Modeller to join our client's Warrington office. This well-known consultancy has a healthy workload and is seeking a Senior Wastewater Network Modeller to lead a small team.

The role:

• Assessing solution feasibility and buildability engineering factors
• Continuous improvement of tools, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Ensuring quality outputs and compliance with standards, specifications, and governance
• Line management of project team members, including leadership, workload planning, technical support, and staff development
• Managing health and safety, quality, and environmental aspects of projects
• Technical development and delivery of wastewater catchment strategies, including hydraulic modelling, analysis, optioneering, and cost-benefit studies, within budget and time constraints

What you need to succeed:

• Degree qualification (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a relevant field, with membership in a relevant industry institution such as ICE or CIWEM
• Experience leading projects in urban drainage environments, with expertise in urban drainage modelling activities, including use of InfoWorks ICM
• Experience in staff management and development, providing technical leadership with a strong client service focus
