Job description

We are currently recruiting multiple Senior Wastewater (Hydraulic) Modellers for various long-term frameworks across the UK.

RPS, along with Tetra Tech, has secured a £100 million single-award framework from United Utilities to enhance river health in Northwest England, supporting projects over the next 10 years as part of AMP8.

Join RPS Water Consulting, a team of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts, to work on innovative projects in the water industry, providing opportunities for career growth and leadership in urban drainage and hydraulic modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver wastewater catchment strategies, including hydraulic modelling and analysis.
  • Assess solution feasibility and buildability factors.
  • Improve tools, procedures, and processes for efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of outputs.
  • Travel to client sites or offices as needed.
  • Lead and manage project teams, fostering strong client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with urban drainage projects, proficiency in InfoWorks ICM, GIS software, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Degree in a relevant technical subject; postgraduate qualifications and chartership preferred.
