Bring your skills to the mix as a Senior Waste Water Process Engineer, you'll play a vital role in every aspect of process engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in all aspects of process engineering within the water industry, including waste-water and bioresources treatment, both in the UK and internationally, with opportunities in other sectors such as nuclear. We continue to provide industry-leading engineering solutions through all project phases, from feasibility to process commissioning, adding value through client-side support. Your Purpose

  • Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant standards and codes, maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Follow quality assurance standards in design processes.

What you can bring

  • Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).
  • Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  • Understanding and experience of integrated waste-water and bioresources treatment processes.
  • Design and operational experience of main process unit operations: primary / secondary / tertiary treatment, bioresource treatment and disposal, odour and energy management.
  • Experience with process safety techniques (HAZOP / DSEAR), cost assessments, carbon assessments, and knowledge of UK environmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of process modelling software, e.g., BioWin, SUMO.
