Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a qualified engineer to lead technical advice related to waste treatment processes. Responsibilities include managing projects, liaising with clients globally, and producing feasibility studies.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with experience in waste sector technologies, strong report writing skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. Flexible hybrid work arrangements and various employee support programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of waste treatment processes and technologies, ideally with hands-on experience.
• Remains up to date with waste industry developments, trends, legislation and best practice.
• Demonstrable ability to mentor and support the development of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical advice on waste treatment processes and technologies.
• Manage projects and liaise with clients in the UK and internationally.
• Produce feasibility and scoping studies and undertake technical due diligence assessments.
