Job description
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We’re looking for a Senior Waste Customer Technician to join our Reactive Sewer Services Team, based at our Raynesway site in Derbyshire. You’ll be supporting the Customer Delivery Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of around multiple Jetting Operatives crews, helping to ensure our network runs smoothly and our customers receive the best possible service. This role currently is for a 6 month period.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be out and about across the county, helping to coordinate reactive works, resolve escalations, and support the delivery of high‑quality wastewater services. While you won’t have direct reports, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting the wider team.

HOW WE WORK

With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week Monday to Friday, including some evenings and weekends on a standby rota.
