Job summary

Iexpe, based in Cambridge, is seeking a highly capable Warhead & Lethality Engineer to lead the design and integration of advanced warhead systems. This role involves working across the product lifecycle, applying deep technical expertise to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warhead development from conceptual design through final test/assembly.
• Working knowledge of missile design or production support and integration.
• Strong understanding of explosives and warhead performance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and integration of warhead systems.
• Conduct warhead performance assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Produce technical documentation, reports, and design reviews.
