Job Title: Senior Warehouse Operative
Location: Winchester Warehouse
Salary: £29,592
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm)

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Warehouse team based in Winchester; where you will drive efficiencies, health & Safety and the deliverables of our warehouse team

What does this role involve?

As the Senior Warehouse Operative, you will support the Reverse Logistics Site Manager with the daily operations, alongside, energising the team and diving hands on into warehousing assignments.

Day to day you will:

  • oversee the assignment of jobs to the Warehouse operatives to maximise efficiencies;
  • oversee and partake in the dismantling of discontinued smart meters;
  • audit and monitor the picking & packing of goods and arrange appropriate transportation;
  • manage stock levels and ensure orders are placed when required;
  • provide up to date reports on operational performance.

Who are we looking for?

With your previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, you will be an adaptive person who is able to balance administrative duties including using Microsoft office, alongside the hands-on warehouse tasks.

An in-date Counterbalance licence and experience utilising handheld power tools would be required.
