Job summary

Qualifications

• Current first level RN registration with NMC.
• Degree in Nursing.
• Evidence of experience as Adult Nurse.
• Proven evidence of change management.
• Evidence of specialist knowledge and competency in the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and professional leadership to ward team.
• Offer expert clinical advice to nurses and MDT.
• Set and maintain standards of practice and monitor compliance.
• Promote effective communication with other health care professionals.
• Lead rostering, HR forms, recruitment and appraisal of the team.
