Job summary

CoreTech Security Services is seeking an experienced Vulnerability Researcher to join a world-class team delivering bespoke security research for UK clients. You will reverse engineer binaries, audit C/C++ code, and develop novel tools to tackle complex vulnerabilities.

The role blends security research with software engineering in a hybrid/remote UK-based setup. The ideal candidate has hands-on bug hunting experience, proficiency with Ghidra/IDA Pro, and a deep understanding of ARM/x86

Qualifications

• Experience in bug hunting and vulnerability research.
• Reverse engineering capabilities on binaries and firmware.
• Proficiency with C/C++ and understanding of Linux internals.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer Android/iOS applications and kernels.
• Audit C/C++ source code for security flaws and reliability.
• Develop novel tools and techniques to aid vulnerability research.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on real-world projects.
• Produce proofs of concepts and reference implementations.
