Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Senior Vulnerability Management Lead to head our vulnerability program from Milton Keynes or Glasgow. You will drive risk-based remediation and partner with Security, IT and business stakeholders to improve resilience.

You will shape governance, metrics, and automation strategies, mentoring teams and communicating complex risks clearly to executives, while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in vulnerability management remediation and information security.
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vulnerability management program across endpoints, cloud, and on-premises.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities with measurable trends.
• Collaborate with Security, IT and Business teams to strengthen the security posture.
