Job Description:

Amazon Adapt is hiring a Senior Video Sales Specialist, EU5 to service Amazon Ads’ Global Video Advertising & Partnerships organisation.

This role provides coverage for Video Sales Specialists during leaves of absence across the EU5 countries: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. The role may require travel of at least one week per month.

The position can be based in London, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Milan, Paris, or Madrid.

The Video Sales Specialist (VSS) is an industry expert in streaming and video, contributing to Amazon's video advertising solutions including Prime Video, Live Sport, Twitch, OLV, and 3P Video.

The VSS team is part of the Global Video Advertising and Partnership Team (GVAP). Its goal is to deliver video revenue by supporting sales teams and promoting Amazon’s video products to drive adoption. VSS provides insights, case studies, and strategic pitches tailored to UK customers, acting as a customer-facing specialist to address complex objections and empower sales.

Key responsibilities include acting as a video ambassador, delivering pitches, working with stakeholders to innovate, tracking account information, driving the vision of Amazon video products, developing end-to-end strategies, capturing feedback, engaging with cross-functional teams, representing Amazon at events, and delivering sales training.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in Streaming TV sales and/or business development
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience building and deploying GTM strategies
  • Ability to close sales and generate revenue
  • Customer objection handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical abilities and data confidence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and one of Italian, French, Spanish, or German
  • Willingness to travel at least one week per month
