Title: VP / SVP, International Sales: Retail Technology Software

Join a fast-growing retail tech company revolutionizing grocery e-commerce. We’re scaling rapidly and seeking a hands-on, strategic VP of International Sales to drive global expansion—especially across Europe and the U.S.—and grow revenue from €6M to €35M.

To clarify: This is a scale-up opportunity—within a well-funded, well-established retail technology company. We're focused on growing a strategic international business unit, so we’re looking for someone who combines entrepreneurial, start-up/scale-up agility with corporate experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building, growing, and creating from the ground up, while collaborating closely with a larger organization and engaging with major international corporate customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and scale international sales strategy targeting grocery retailers
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
  • Identify new markets and secure lighthouse customers
  • Build a high-performing sales model and partner network
  • Work closely with the CEO, product, marketing, and exec team
  • Provide feedback to influence product roadmap

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in scaling tech sales internationally
  • Experience with RFX/bidding processes
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, doer mentality
  • Comfortable in both corporate sales and lean startup environments
  • Fluent in English; French a plus
