PDSA Stoke is seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to provide clinical leadership across a busy hospital, taking the lead on complex cases and mentoring junior colleagues. You will discuss treatment options with clients, deliver compassionate care, and help embed high clinical standards and governance.

You'll work within a collaborative team using modern equipment, contributing to continuous improvement and service development while upholding our mission to help pets and their owners in need.

Qualifications

• Senior Veterinary Surgeon with clinical leadership and ability to discuss options with clients.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills with clients and teams.
• Mentoring and developing colleagues to uphold high clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on clinical cases and provide second opinions as required.
• Coach and mentor junior clinicians and support staff.
