Now for work-life balance
Our full-time position offers an average of 40 hours per week, encompassing weekday nights, weekends on a 1:2 rotation (mix of nights and days), a share of bank holidays and no more than three consecutive nights, as well as having dedicated time to carry out management duties and attend meetings.

The Support Office in Dunfermline is a hub of operations. Our Call Handlers are on the frontline, answering calls until 11 pm and supporting the clinical team in delivering patient care.
