As part of this transformation, they're seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead the team forwardsomeone who is confident in first opinion practice and passionate about shaping modern veterinary care.

This role offers the rare combination of clinical leadership and the opportunity to help set a new course for a well-established practice with an outstanding client base.

Key Details:

Salary circa £75,000, depending on experience

Opportunity for future practice ownership

4-day week: 9am7pm with no OOH or Sundays

Newly refurbished practice with excellent facilities

Located in a popular retail park (free parking, supermarket, gym nearby)

Minimum 5 years qualified with experience in UK practice

Comfortable with consulting, general surgery, and occasional sole charge
