Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Director of Practice and Clinical Services to join Holmefield Vets, a two-site small animal practice near Brayton, south of York. You’ll remain hands-on about 80% of the time while providing strategic leadership across clinical standards, staff development and growth.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, shape the practice’s direction, and drive improvements across operations and client experience.

• Strong clinical expertise to support complex case discussions.
