Job summary

inspiring vet care in Scotland is seeking a Director of Practice & Clinical Services to lead two busy sites with a mix of dairy, small animal, and equine work. The role blends strategic clinical leadership with hands-on governance, driving standards and development across services.

You will guide clinical discussions, influence practice growth, and ensure high standards of care, client satisfaction, and team performance in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree with RCVS registration and significant senior clinical experience.
• Proven leadership experience within a complex veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Strong expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• The ability to set and deliver a clinical vision while leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
