Inspiring Vet Care in Scotland is seeking a Director of Practice & Clinical Services to lead a busy mixed practice with small animal and farm veterinary services. The role emphasizes strategic clinical leadership, governance and developing a high-performing team across two busy sites in Stranraer and Newton Stewart.

You will steer clinical standards, drive continuous improvement, and shape the practice's growth while maintaining work-life balance through flexible rota patterns and a 40-hour week

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree with RCVS registration and significant senior clinical experience.
• Proven leadership within a complex veterinary/healthcare setting.
• Strong governance and quality improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical leadership across a large practice, hospital or group of services.
• Set and deliver clinical vision aligned with strategy and values.
• Oversee governance, quality improvement and performance to ensure excellent outcomes.
