Qualifications

• 5+ years of significant experience in a systems engineering lifecycle.
• Experience applying V&V processes in defence or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering teams for effective delivery of work packages.
• Plan, conduct, and report on Verification & Validation activities.

Skills

Planning and delivering IVVTQA / Verification & Validation activities

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Competence in using DOORS or similar tools

Ability to supervise and coach junior engineers

Education

Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering
