Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks a Senior Project Manager for its CAA ICON European team, based in Sheffield. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning, coordinating with clients and consultants to deliver iconic venues.

The role requires 10+ years in construction or related services, a strong client-facing ability, and comprehensive knowledge of budget, schedules and risk management.

Qualifications

• Team leader with ability to build relationships with clients and project team.
• 10+ years in construction/project management or employer's agent roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction/engineering.
• Strong understanding of major project phases, budgets, and plans.
• Ability to read and interpret contract docs, drawings, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support through all project stages from feasibility to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver objectives.
• Manage procurement of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain project programme, budget targets and change control processes.
