Job summary

Royal Holloway Students’ Union is seeking an experienced Deputy Venue Manager to support leadership and operation of our nightclub and late-night venue. You will lead teams, deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintain high safety and service standards, and drive commercial performance.

As the senior on-site manager, you will develop Assistant Venue Managers and venue teams, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to RHSU’s strategic priorities, including inclusive activities for

• Track record in delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Ability to manage safety, service standards and drive commercial performance.
