Job summary

HRtechX in London is seeking a Senior Venture Associate to drive growth across new ventures, build high-impact operations, and recruit top teams. You will work in-person at our London HQ and travel to conferences overseas as part of growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates are ambitious, proactive and ready to lead in a fast-paced startup environment; a UK work permit is required and flexibility on start date is offered.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this job will be defined as we work together throughout the recruitment process however, they will be mostly centred around:

• Driving projects related to growing new companies: starting new ventures, creating stellar marketing operations, crafting and executing sales strategies or recruiting leading A+ teams.
• Becoming an industry expert to develop and execute effective strategies.
• Being a key driver of expansion and excellent daily operations.
• To dream big and pursue it relentlessly!

What we expect from you

We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. Furthermore, having a UK work permit is also a requirement.
