Job summary

A leading automotive consultancy is seeking a Senior/Lead Vehicle Test Engineer for a contract role. The successful candidate will manage whole vehicle tests, ensuring data integrity, and prepare reports for clients. Senior/Lead Vehicle Test Engineer -contract ongoing

This opportunity will allow an experienced Test Engineer (from any mechanical product, but with an interest in whole vehicles) to apply their experience at a renowned automotive consultancy.

What you will do

• You will be responsible for overseeing test integrity and set up of whole vehicle tests
• Ensure that data collected is valid
• Prepare test report and present these to clients

What you will need

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical or automotive engineering
• Test experience in any mechanical area, consistent with senior or lead level
• An understanding of vehicles in either personal or professional capacity
• Be eligible to work in UK for at least 12 months without restriction (please identify how on application)
• Be willing to work outdoors and occasions shift/overtime (not compulsory)
