Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor required for Automotive dealer group, in the Heathrow area.

Our Client, an Automotive Premium Main Dealership is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor to join and lead their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnosing Complex Faults
- Offering your expertise as a Senior Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
- Working on Complex Repairs
- Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
- Undertaking Vehicle Road Tests
- To ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards, achieving total customer satisfaction.
- To liaise with all Technicians and the Manager in respect of any quality / training issue.

Requirements:

- Be a fully qualified Senior Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
- A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
- Time Management
- Driving Licence imperative
- Methodical problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service, to maintain fantastic reputation.

For your hard work for our Client you will be rewarded with a salary of £41,600.

The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor role are Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm, alongside 1-in-4 Saturdays.
