Job summary

Vertu Nissan Halifax is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our Aftersales team. The role focuses on accurate diagnosis, first-time fixes and delivering a high-quality customer experience, with a 42-hour week and no weekend working.

We offer a basic salary range of £29,200 to £47,780, a £2,000 sign-on bonus, extensive manufacturer training including EV modules, and generous leave plus a pension and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven Vehicle Technician experience (Senior / Diagnostic level preferred).
• MOT licence (preferred but not essential).
• Own tools and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to first-time fix standard.
• Provide high-quality workmanship and accurate diagnostics.
• Collaborate within the workshop to deliver excellent customer experience.
