Job summary

Vertu Volkswagen Hereford is looking for a Master Technician to maintain, service and repair vehicles to the highest standards. You will be responsible for diverse tasks from routine servicing to complex repairs, with a focus on first-time fixes.

The role offers a basic salary up to £45,800 (40-hour week) with Saturdays paid as overtime and an over-performance bonus opportunity. A sign-on bonus of £2,500 in month one and £2,500 in month 13 is available.

Qualifications

• Formal Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• MOT license preferred but not essential; own tools and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair vehicles to high standards.
• Aim for first-time fixes and quality workmanship.
• Work 40-hour week with overtime on Saturdays.
