Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
• IMI or City & Guilds automotive qualification.
• Ideally 7 years of automotive technician experience with complex repairs/diagnostics.
• Experience in independent, prestige workshop or main dealer is advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer experience.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Motivation to develop skills in a quality-focused workshop.
