Job summary

Motorvogue Group is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose faults, perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs across a range of vehicles. You will work to maximise first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

You must be Hyundai or Kia trained with a relevant formal qualification and hold a valid driving licence. The role requires teamwork, targets, and a strong technical mindset.

Qualifications

• Hyundai or Kia trained with a formal vehicle qualification.
• Excellent diagnostics, maintenance and repair capabilities.
• Ability to work to targets with a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to high quality using manufacturer equipment.
• Maintain brand standards and adhere to time constraints.
• Communicate issues to the front of house team.
• Carry out MOTs and work on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Inspect components for wear and tear.
