Overview

Our Client, an Automotive family run independent Car Garage in Petersfield, is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

Benefits

• Competitive salary package more than £45k DOE pa
• Hours: Basic 40hrs pw - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Plus every other Saturday 8am-1pm (on a rota).
• Pension: Auto-enrolment
• Annual leave: 30 days (22 days + 8 bank holidays)

Responsibilities

• Leading by example as a senior technician and providing technical expertise to other technicians when required.
• Liaising with customers and keeping them up to date on the progress of their vehicles.
• Drive a positive culture within the team.
• Positively engage and contribute with all departments and the Senior Management team.
• Any other tasks as required by the Client Service Manager & Directors.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as in a senior vehicle technician
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and working on electric/hybrid vehicles (ideal).
• Great communication skills
• Leads by example.
• Good IT skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload.

For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000 to £45,000 - Package (with o/t) worth in excess of potentially £53,000 + pa.

Hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri and every other Saturday 8am - 1pm (ability for some flexibility would be required for this role).
