Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a Senior Motor Vehicle Technician in Aldershot to join a respected independent car service and MOT centre. You will diagnose, repair, and service a range of vehicles in a 5-bay workshop, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong diagnostic capability, the ability to work independently, and a solid grounding in modern electronics and emissions systems. Competitive salary and long-term employment offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (minimum requirement).
• Proven ability to work independently on complex diagnostic and mechanical tasks.
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle electronics and emissions systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
• Professional communication with colleagues and customers.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced mechanical repairs, diagnostics and servicing across a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Work within a modern, well-equipped 5-bay workshop and uphold technical standards and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and repair faults on petrol, diesel and hybrid vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose faults and communicate findings to assist with estimates and planning.
• Explain faults and repairs to customers in a professional manner.
