Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London or Luxembourg seeks an Indirect Tax Senior Manager to support the AWS business in EMEA. The role focuses on VAT advisory across multiple jurisdictions, involving expansion projects, new products, and related processes.

You will work with the AWS Tax Team to manage audits, public consultations, and interactions with tax authorities. The role is 100% advisory, with collaboration across teams on pricing, billing, and compliance, and offers broad exposure to EMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in taxation.
• Excellent knowledge of VAT in EU/UK, with advisory experience.
• Experience in multinational activities within indirect tax, in either industry, advisory, or tax authorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Indirect Tax advisory support to AWS in EMEA, covering VAT for Cloud and related services.
• Drive tax requirements for AWS geographic expansion across EMEA.
• Engage with tax authorities and internal stakeholders; assess pricing, billing, and product launch implications.
