Job summary

Corum Property, Scotland’s market leader in residential estate agency, is seeking an experienced residential valuer to join its East Renfrewshire team. You will advise homeowners on pricing, strategy and market positioning, and help win instructions through credibility and local knowledge.

You will work across East Renfrewshire and surrounding south-side markets, building trusted relationships with clients and buyers, delivering expert valuations and contributing to Corum’s next chapter.

Qualifications

• Experience as a residential valuer within Glasgow or East Renfrewshire markets.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and market positioning.
• Credibility and local knowledge to win instructions.

You will work across East Renfrewshire and the surrounding Southside market, advising homeowners on some of the area’s finest family homes and helping to build upon a position that has taken 23 years to establish.

You will be trusted to develop relationships, provide intelligent and considered advice on pricing and strategy, win instructions and represent Corum in a market where experience, credibility and local knowledge matter.

We are looking for someone who already understands what makes a great estate agent. Someone commercially minded, personable and credible. Someone who knows that winning business is not about promising the highest price or charging the lowest fee, but about earning a client's trust and delivering on it.

You may already be an established valuer within the Glasgow or East Renfrewshire market. You may be performing exceptionally well but questioning what the next stage of your career looks like.
