Staff Validation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Staff Validation Engineer to join a dynamic and growing company within the communications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct lab-based testing of RF, high-speed semiconductor, and optical components.
2. Collaborate on the design and development of validation solutions for new products.
3. Prepare detailed validation reports and documentation.
4. Utilize test equipment automation software such as Python or LabView.

Requirements as the Staff Validation Engineer:

1. 6+ years of experience in a validation or similar role.
2. Proficiency with bench test equipment.
3. Expertise in test automation software, including Python, LabView, or Matlab.
4. Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity and schematic layout using Altium.
5. A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

This role requires on-site work 4–5 days per week due to the hands-on nature of the position.
