Examples of research readouts/reports are required for consideration for this position:
Demonstrated experience selecting the right research approach for a given context within the wide spectrum of research methods from generative to evaluative
Experience helping teams establish and articulate the right research objectives to focus on before jumping into research activities
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with examples of research results that have turned into product insights, feature enhancements, and/or new product/feature opportunities
A pragmatic approach to doing just enough research to get the job done and make a positive impact on the work, even if sometimes that means recommending no research until later in the product lifecycle in the interest of time
Experience with remote testing tools and conducting in-person studies
Ability to get very close to the work to understand the products and the target audiences’ workflows – we are looking for more than high-level or thematic results
Working knowledge in usability and interface principles – understands user-centered design process
