A leading company in the insurance sector is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join their dynamic UX Research team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. We are currently recruiting for a Senior UX Researcher to be a part of our innovative UX Research team. This role would be ideal for you if you are passionate about understanding people, and curious about the relationship between financial resilience and digital products.
A bit about the job:
Our UX Research team employ a variety of qualitative methods to obtain insight that impact the design of digital products and services that are used by millions of people. This includes field studies, depth interviews, co-design, accessibility research, card sorting, and usability studies. We value a diversity of perspectives from many different backgrounds, and we come from industry and academia, with roots in anthropology, design research, human-computer interaction design, human factors, and sociology, among others.
This role is available as a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience with planning, executing, and reporting user experience research that provides tangible findings with clear actionable recommendations
Comfortable working with designers, product managers, business analysts, developers and business stakeholders to prioritise research opportunities in an agile, fast-paced, iterative environment
Experience with capturing insights through research and workshops that will help inform design outcomes (i.e.,user journeys, information architecture)
Have a good understanding of qualitative methodologies as well as best practices and core principles of great user experienceand inclusive design
Experience with producing written reports and other research artefacts, and give presentations that inspire action through clarity and relevance for audiences from a range of backgrounds

Salary: National Circa £45,000, London Circa £55000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
