Are you passionate about understanding people and shaping impactful experiences? We’re looking for an energetic and inquisitive Senior User Researcher to join our team! You will explore user needs, behaviors, and motivations, turning insights into action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research planning (15%): Collaborate with product and business teams to define objectives, plan research sprints, select methods, set goals, and recruit users.
  • Conducting research (40%): Lead user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to understand customer interactions, uncover friction points, unmet needs, and moments of delight. Explore full user journeys in real-world scenarios.
  • Analysis and synthesis (30%): Analyze data to find patterns and insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations using tools like Confluence and Dovetail.
  • Present insights (15%): Share findings clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through reports, visuals, or presentations.
