The UX team at Elsevier is a collaborative group focused on improving the usability of the company’s digital platforms. Comprising researchers and designers, they work closely with product and development teams to incorporate user insights through methods like interviews and testing. Their goal is to create accessible, intuitive solutions that enhance the discovery of scientific, technical, and healthcare information, supporting research and education worldwide.
A Senior UX Researcher leads a team's understanding of user behaviours, needs and motivations. She/he leads the UX Research strategy for a business or product line. She/he is an expert user of a number of research and testing methodologies. She/he informally mentors other researchers.
