Overview

Our client, a leading international consultancy with offices worldwide, is seeking a UX Design Lead Architect for their London office. The ideal candidate will have a strong UX background, experience in Service Design, and an interest in design strategy. We seek a seasoned, hands-on professional with a proactive attitude.

The role involves leading UX initiatives, representing design within the organization, focusing on clients, users, teams, and processes, and advocating for system improvements. Reporting to the Global Head of the XD Practice and Programme Delivery, you will be instrumental in shaping user experiences.

Experience:

• Over 8 years of experience working with blue-chip clients as a senior designer
• Expertise in design processes, agile development, and lean UX
• Experience working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
• Creating omnichannel, cross-platform, and cross-device solutions
• Designing enterprise-level digital services and products for consumers
• Ability to define metrics and evaluate project success
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proven design track record and agency experience
• Design degree or equivalent qualification

You will participate in leading pitches, presentations, supporting proposals, and creating project estimates and plans.
