- Maintain all UX/IA templates, documentation, assets, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps and experience documentation for assigned projects.
- Develop experience audits from other industries that can influence our own products.
- Collect and document research relevant to new digital experiences LCPA is considering.
- Partner directly with designers, developers and project managers to develop engaging user experiences.
- User research and ethnography - ideally both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Translate business priorities into research questions and design insights.
- Formulate information architecture and navigation for complex data structures.
- Articulate future-proof design strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutions.
- Communicate and coordinate with senior stakeholders to evangelise and advance the UX agenda.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software UI design and iGaming experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating visual/interaction design skills.
- Able to plan and execute usability research using a variety of research methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of web application and mobile application UX design standards and best practices.
- Lead on all facets of UX process from concept generation to quality assurance.
