Our client, a leading fashion giant in the sector, is searching for a Senior Product Designer to join the Product Design team. You will create experiences that delight end users while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, optimisation, and trading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prototyping and Wireframing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
2. Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to influence design decisions.
3. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, educating team members on the value of UX and usability.
4. Experience mentoring junior designers within digital teams.
5. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints. Ensure best practices and governance are upheld with the maintenance of our Design Systems.
6. Create detailed design documentation and specifications to communicate design decisions effectively.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive, accessible, and responsive digital experiences.
• Experience working for fashion/retail-based brands.
