To further our expansion, we are now recruiting for a Senior UX Designer to play a prominent role in our D2C UX Team, producing designs for our award-winning platforms. Reporting directly to the D2C Head of UX, you will provide senior-level design expertise across our two App squads.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6/7 years experience in UX, ideally with a passion for App design and who wants to play a prominent role in helping embed a shared UX vision.

What you'll do

• Design leadership: Lead the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals. Play a key role in shaping our overall design strategy, influencing decision-making at senior levels.
• Creativity: Demonstrate expertise in creating seamless user experiences across mobile platforms.
• Interaction design: Bring extensive knowledge of interaction design principles and produce designs that allow users to interact with the app, including animations, transitions, and feedback mechanisms.
• Brand knowledge: Follow and contribute to branding initiatives, helping lead the design of the App to reflect our brand promise.
• Design Systems: Have extensive knowledge in creating and maintaining components in a Figma library, contributing to design guidelines and component libraries.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams, building and nurturing team collaboration.
• Decision making: Make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations, and creative goals.
• Research: Design and oversee usability testing processes, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas, rationales, and strategies to various audiences.
• Advocacy: Be an advocate for UX within the wider business, seeking opportunities to showcase UX.
• Mentorship: Inspire and motivate team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
