Principle in London is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape Conversational AI and Commerce experiences for a large-scale AI product. You’ll design how users interact with chat, voice, and AI features to make shopping feel natural and helpful.

This is a 12-month contract inside IR35, with PAYE and weekly pay. Hybrid work is offered: 3 days onsite in Central London, 40 hours per week, portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Senior UX experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Hands-on conversational design across chat, voice or AI assistants.
• Understanding of how AI models behave and how to shape what they say.
• AI tools as part of your everyday prototyping and building.
• E-commerce or shopping experience is a strong bonus.
• Portfolio required; applications without one won't be considered.

The offer

• 12-month contract, starting ASAP - inside IR35, PAYE, paid weekly via Principle HR


• Location: Central London; Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Tuesday to Thursday), 40 hours per week
