  • Capability Building: Contribute to building UX and design thinking capability within the HR learning team, championing best practices and innovative approaches.

  • Organisational Navigation: Operate effectively within a large, complex corporate environment, managing internal governance and working across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Skills & Experience Required

  • Extensive senior-level UX design or product design experience, ideally within large corporate environments.

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end UX design, including research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

  • Experience leading large-scale design projects independently, with minimal supervision.

  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, influencing and aligning design strategies to business needs.

  • Background in re-architecting existing digital or learning products with a focus on usability and accessibility.

  • Strong understanding of commercial design thinking, applied to internal employee tools or learning environments.

Desirable Qualifications

  • While not mandatory, the following experience and knowledge are advantageous:

  • Good working knowledge of end-to-end learning design, including needs analysis and evaluation.

  • Familiarity with learning and development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

  • Experience working with Learning Lab or other digital learning platforms.
