About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centred product experiences across RX’s digital platforms. You’ll work end-to-end—from research and ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity design—ensuring solutions are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with business goals. In addition to product design, you’ll help evolve RX’s internal design system. This includes maintaining Figma libraries, setting clear standards for consistency and accessibility, and supporting fellow designers in applying the system effectively. You’ll report to the Head of Design and play a key role in shaping RX’s broader UX strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Design and iterate user-centred products based on research, testing, and feedback.
  • Define and improve information architecture, user flows, interactions, and visual design.
  • Develop and scale RX’s internal design system with clear standards and governance.
  • Maintain and evolve core Figma component libraries with a focus on accessibility and quality.
  • Collaborate across UX, Product, and Engineering to align design efforts and drive adoption.
  • Mentor designers on product design and design system best practices.
  • Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to gather input and build alignment.
  • Contribute to RX’s UX strategy by integrating industry trends and innovative approaches.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in UX/product design, including 4+ years working with design systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product design and design system contributions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; experience managing design systems.
  • Proven ability to define scalable governance and standards for design systems.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
  • Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in agile environments; familiarity with eCommerce or content platforms is a plus.
