About the role

As a Senior User Experience (UX) Design Lead within Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Technology, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional applications. You will collaborate with teams to define and realize a product vision that supports a one-stop shop for AFC.

AFC Technology provides tools to the AFC function to perform a critical role in keeping Deutsche Bank’s operations and the global financial services ecosystem free from financial crime.

Key Responsibilities

• Support user research activities, including interviews, workshops, user testing, and produce UX documentation like journey maps and personas
• Apply innovative design thinking, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Present ideas through wireframes and prototypes to stakeholders, developers, and product teams
• Collaborate within delivery teams to understand requirements, refine stories, design solutions, and test prototypes
• Contribute to building and maintaining a UI component and design library
• Advocate for current design trends and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement

Skills and Experience

• Experience in UX or interaction design for complex web applications
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and aesthetic sensibility
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end user experiences from research to design documentation
• Experience designing high-quality, accessible, and responsive web interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and databases
• Self-motivated with strong workload management skills
