Job Title: Senior UX Designer- Digital Experience

Location: Chiswick, UK

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who brings a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on design skills to help elevate BSI’s global web experience. This role sits within Group Marketing and plays a key part in improving user journeys, refining our digital design systems, and tailoring experiences across multiple regions and audiences.

You’ll be involved in the full UX process—from discovery to delivery—contributing to both BAU and long-term transformation projects. While not a formal people manager, you’ll operate with a high level of ownership, collaborating across brand, digital, and technical teams to advocate for UX best practices, improve stakeholder alignment, and help evolve the digital brand.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys liaising with stakeholders, influencing UX direction, and applying strategic oversight—while still rolling up their sleeves to prototype, test, and iterate on solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes using Figma

Translate research and analytics (e.g., GA4, heatmaps) into user-centric improvements

Support the consolidation of our design system and rollout of global experiences

Work with development teams to ensure design handover and functionality

Enhance personalization and targeting across B2B web journeys

Contribute to UX strategy, community, and toolkit under the Head of UX

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Strong UX experience across large-scale, multilingual websites

Proficiency in Figma, design thinking, and agile/waterfall methods

Ability to turn data into insight using tools like GA4, Lucky Orange, or FullStory

Familiarity with AI in UX, user behavior analysis, and audience segmentation

Collaborative and autonomous—comfortable working with various departments

BSI offers a competitive total reward package, an independent and varied job in an international environment, flexible working hours, ongoing training and development with the inclusion of 27-days annual leave, paid sick leave, bank holidays, health insurance, life insurance, pension plan with company contribution, car allowance (dependent on role), income protection, paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, paid parental leave, adoption leave, compassionate leave, paid bereavement leave, learning and development opportunities, and a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle.
