eDV/UKIC-Cleared Senior UX Designer - 5 months+ £650-750pd Inside IR35 - Full time on site Gloucestershire

Please note: You must hold a current and active eDV level of clearance. Unfortunately, candidates without the required clearance cannot be considered, as the client is unable to sponsor new applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
2. Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement UX solutions.
4. Ensure designs are user-centred, accessible, and align with project requirements.
5. Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
6. Advocate for best UX practices across the team and wider organisation.
