Job summary

Cadmap Land, Utility, Building Surveyors Limited in the South of England seeks a Senior Utility Surveyor to lead and deliver utility and GPR survey projects on-site and remotely. You will plan methodologies, review client specifications, interpret utility records, coordinate remote teams, and ensure PAS 128 outputs meet quality standards.

Role requires strong PAS 128, GPR experience, excellent CAD skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Strong experience in utility surveying, including PAS 128 surveys, GPR investigations, and interpretation of underground services data.
• Proficiency in CAD and survey processing software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and digital data management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with survey teams and clients, explaining technical findings clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience mentoring or supervising surveyors and contributing to quality assurance and health and safety practices.

Responsibilities
